THE OPPORTUNITY

WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING:

Cast:

We are now on Breakdown Services, and are currently accepting submissions. We have already received numerous submissions. We have yet to decide whether we're signing with SAG or with AFTRA. However, we are only willing to accept submissions for actors who are already members of SAG and/or AFTRA. If you are SAG eligible, we welcome your submissions, but we are not accepting submissions from inexperienced talent at this time.

INVESTMENT:

Equity Financing:

We currently have investors that we are dealing with, but we are also offering investor shares to raise money for the cost of production of the two-episode pilot, starting at $25,000 per share. Bundles of shares can be bought, preferrably in 5-share bundles or more. Please understand that this is a high-risk investment. The rewards however, could be vast. Agreements can be reached in exchange for credit, profit points, or both. For those investors who are interested in Criminal Virtue, the Game, please understand that without the show there is no game. Those who get in at the ground floor, will be able to share in the profits of both the show and the game. How much those profits will be exactly are unknown, but with a show and MMO game of this type, the possibilities are astronomical. As mentioned in the game overview section, World of Warcraft is bringing in $150,000,000 a month in membership fees alone, which doesn't include the retail game sales which remain steady.

For those who do invest, know that your money will be placed in escrow until pre-production begins, at which time it will be placed in the company bank account of Criminal Virtue LLC, which will be spent on physical production. The money we are raising will be used solely to cover the costs of pre-production, phsyical production, and post production.

Co-production/Partnerships:

We are additionally seeking to do a joint production with additional production companies and or studios, and we are willing to weigh all offers.
